1. Who we are

munchtable.com (the "Store") is run by Maximilian Lyonel Larsen, trading as Munchtable, ul. Kujawska 33/2, 88-150 Kruszwica, Poland ("Munchtable", "we", "us"). Contact: business@munchtable.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you browse the Store, sign up for our emails or buy a product. By placing an order you accept them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

3. Our products

We sell digital products: downloadable PDF recipe books and related files. Product pages describe what is included, the format and the number of recipes. Images on the Store may include AI-generated illustrations, which are labeled.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any taxes that must be shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. When we run a launch price or another offer, we show its real end date and the price that applies afterwards.

5. The contract and delivery

The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Digital products are delivered immediately after payment through a download link on the confirmation page and by email. See Digital delivery & downloads.

6. Right of withdrawal for digital content (EU and UK consumers)

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is supplied immediately, the law allows this right to end once the download starts. We don't rely on that: our 30-day money-back guarantee goes further and applies even after you have downloaded the book. See the Refund policy.

7. 30-day money-back guarantee

If a book isn't right for your family, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, even if you have already downloaded it. No questions asked.

8. Your license

When you buy a book, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, view and print it for your own household. You may not resell, share publicly, upload or distribute the files, or use them for commercial purposes. All content is owned by Maximilian Lyonel Larsen (Munchtable) and protected by copyright.

9. Free resources and emails

When you sign up for our free recipes, we send you the PDF and occasional emails with recipes and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. See our Privacy policy.

10. Health, allergies and safety

Our content is general cooking information, not medical or nutrition advice. Check ingredients for allergens and supervise children in the kitchen. See our Disclaimer.

11. Liability

We take care to make our recipes accurate and safe. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for results that depend on ingredients, equipment or cooking choices outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Complaints

If a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, email us and we will fix it, send a replacement or refund you. We reply within 2 business days.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
