Everything about the book, downloads, the free recipe and refunds.
What exactly do I get?
A 102-page PDF e-book with 40 recipes, a side-by-side page for every recipe, a 2-week dinner plan with shopping lists, allergy swaps and conversion charts. Read it on any phone, tablet or computer, or print it at home. You download it right after checkout.
Can I print it?
Yes. It's designed on US Letter and prints well on A4 with "fit to page". Print the whole book or just tonight's recipe.
What ages is it for?
Families with kids from about 3 to 12. Every recipe has a job for ages 3–5, 6–8 and 9–12, so little hands can help.
What about allergies and swaps?
Every recipe lists its allergens under the ingredients, and the book has an allergy swap page for egg, milk, wheat, soy, sesame and fish. Always check the labels on what you buy.
