If a Munchtable book isn't right for your family, for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, even if you have already downloaded it.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email business@munchtable.com with your order number (it's in your confirmation email), or simply reply to your order confirmation email.
  2. That's it. You don't need to explain why, although we always love to learn what we could do better.

When you get your money back

We process refunds within 2 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Faulty files

If a file won't open or is damaged, tell us and we'll send a working copy right away, or refund you if you prefer.
